Here is my training today: (Jan 24, 2010)
1/8 mile warm up walk at 3.2 mph
3 mile run at 7.1 mph
1/8 mile cool down
Total time: about 30 minutes
No other exercise was done.
Current weight: 142 lbs
Goal (to lose weight): 133-135 lbs
