    Wow!

I feel pretty lazy, now, after reading what you are doing. I did start the day with a 2.1 mile walk though. I did loads of laundry, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen. (CC did make supper, so I didn’t have to do that) the house inbetween chaufeering CC and Sam around-two drop offs, and two pick-ups. Unfortunately scattered throughout afternoon and into the evening. Sheila had curriculum night so she didn’t get home til almost 9:00pm, then we ran out to pick up milk and gas. (Whew!)

I threw a cored apple with the peel and a banana into the blender with some cider and a scoop of “SuperFoods Supreme” that I got at GNC. It has greens, vegetables and fruit in there. Tons of antioxidants! :)

With the GNC card you get sales every month, buy one get one half off, on top of sales prices, plus 20% off on top of that.

Hi Trevor, I am where I am becuase I have been exercising since January 2005!! But I started walking only 1 mile when I started…I’ll tell you the whole story later. It will be posted in my website..

2.1 mile walk is very good, just keep walking and increase the distance little by little, then increase the speed and so on… It sounds like everyone is busy around your house.., WOW!

GNC is a pretty good deal the first 7 or 10 days of each month (with the GNC membership card), that’s when I get some of my stuff too and I’ve been pretty happy with them..

Have a great night and talk to you later, Amilcar
